End User License Agreement (EULA) for VarInt Calculator<\/h1>

Company:<\/strong> Elusive Data (\u201cwe,\u201d \u201cour,\u201d \u201cus\u201d)
Product:<\/strong> VarInt Calculator (Desktop or iOS)<\/p>

1. License Grant<\/h2>

Elusive Data AB grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use VarInt Calculator on either:<\/p>

  • one (1) desktop computer running macOS or Windows, or<\/em><\/li>
  • one (1) iOS device registered to your Apple ID<\/li><\/ul>

    depending on the platform license you purchase. The license is for professional digital forensic analysis and lawful purposes only.<\/p>

    2. Restrictions<\/h2>
    • You may not sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or assign the software.<\/li>
    • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent allowed by applicable law.<\/li>
    • You may not use the software to violate any law or to infringe the rights of others.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Ownership<\/h2>

      VarInt Calculator is licensed, not sold. Elusive Data AB and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the software and all related intellectual property.<\/p>

      4. Updates<\/h2>

      Your license includes minor updates and maintenance releases. Major upgrades may be offered as a separate paid license.<\/p>

      5. Support<\/h2>

      Elusive Data AB provides email support for licensed users via support@elusivedata.io<\/strong>.<\/p>

      6. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h2>

      The software is provided \u201cas is\u201d and without warranty of any kind. Elusive Data AB disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.<\/p>

      7. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>

      To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elusive Data AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of or related to your use of the software. Total liability will not exceed the license fee paid.<\/p>

      8. Termination<\/h2>

      This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease using and delete all copies of the software.<\/p>

      9. Governing Law<\/h2>

      This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country\/Region], without regard to its conflict of law principles.<\/p>

      10. Entire Agreement<\/h2>

      This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Elusive Data AB regarding VarInt Calculator and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.<\/p>
