1. Product

When you make a purchase from us, you are buying access to an online course delivered through our digital learning platform.

2. Delivery

Access to the course content is granted immediately after a successful purchase and payment. A confirmation email with login details and instructions will be sent automatically.

3. Right of Withdrawal

As this is a digital product with instant access, no right of withdrawal applies, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

4. Payment

Payment is processed via our approved payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Klarna, PayPal). All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable.

5. User Terms

You may not share your login credentials or distribute course materials. All content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or redistributed.

6. Support

If you experience technical issues or have questions regarding the course, please contact our support team at contact@elusivedata.io.

7. Disputes

Any disputes will be governed by Swedish law and handled by relevant courts in Sweden.
